Aurora 2026 Guides Commerce Freshers

The PG Department of Commerce, WIRAS College, organized AURORA 2026 – “Inner Compass: Navigate Your Emotions” for first-year students on 23 July 2026. The induction programme aimed to develop emotional intelligence and essential life skills among freshers. Ms. Shabnam T. P. and Mr. Shamil Hamid, Consultant Psychologists, led interactive sessions on self-awareness, empathy, stress management, communication, and emotional resilience. Around 70 students participated in ice-breaking activities, group discussions, and practical exercises that encouraged confidence and positive thinking. The programme provided valuable guidance for adapting to college life, helping students build emotional balance and prepare for their academic and personal journey.
