The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), introduced by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, is a comprehensive and transparent methodology for assessing and ranking higher education institutions across the country. It evaluates institutions based on key parameters such as teaching, learning and resources, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, and perception.
