AURORA Builds Future-Ready Freshers

The PG Department of Commerce, WIRAS College, organized AURORA 2026 – Department Induction Programme for first-year B.Com students on 24 July 2026. The programme featured a grooming session conducted by ASAP Kerala, led by Ms. Sherin Jose and Mr. Vaishakh M. K., Skill Development Executives. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and team-building exercises, students developed communication, leadership, time management, personality development, and career readiness skills. The resource persons encouraged students to identify their strengths and prepare for future opportunities. The programme helped freshers adapt confidently to college life, providing a strong foundation for both academic excellence and personal growth.
