Experiential Activities Enhance Psychological Learning

The PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS, organized “Mystery Bag” and “Blind Walk” activities for first-year PG Psychology students at Azadi Circle on 24 July 2026. The experiential learning sessions were conducted by Ms. Anushka C. K. and Ms. Anannya Arun to promote self-awareness, critical thinking, trust, communication, and empathy. During the Mystery Bag activity, students interpreted the psychological significance of everyday objects, while the Blind Walk exercise encouraged teamwork and effective communication through guided partner interactions. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation and provided students with an engaging introduction to experiential learning, making the orientation both meaningful and memorable.
