Ice to Nice Builds Friendships

The PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS, organized “Ice to Nice”, an ice-break session for first-year Psychology students on 24 July 2026 as part of the departmental orientation programme. Coordinated by Ms. Swetha K. V., Ms. Rouna Mahamood, and Ms. Shahzadi M. U., Assistant Professors, the session featured interactive activities such as Paper Tower Making and Story Relay. These activities encouraged teamwork, communication, creativity, and mutual interaction among the students. The enthusiastic participation of the freshers created a lively and welcoming atmosphere, helping them overcome initial hesitation, build new friendships, and begin their academic journey with confidence and a strong sense of belonging.
