LOCAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP SURVEY AND INTERACTION

As part of the observance of World Entrepreneurship Day, the PG Department of Commerce organized a Local Entrepreneurship Survey and Interaction in the Vilyancode–Pilathara area from 17- 21 August 2026.The programme was designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to the real-world dimensions of entrepreneurship by enabling them to interact directly with local entrepreneurs. Through these interactions, students gained valuable insights into the entrepreneurs’ business journeys, experiences, challenges, opportunities, innovative practices, and contributions to the local economy.The programme proved to be a highly engaging, informative, and enriching learning experience. Students actively participated in the survey and interacted enthusiastically with the entrepreneurs, demonstrating a positive and encouraging response throughout the programme. The direct interaction helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical entrepreneurial experiences.
