Management Students Chart Career Success

The Department of Management Studies, WIRAS, organized “Designing the Future: From Campus to Career” on 23 July 2026 as part of its INITIO 2K26 Departmental Induction Programme. The session was inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaque P. K., Principal, WIRAS. Dr. Uvais M., Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, CAS College, Madayi, Career Coach and Educationist, delivered the keynote address, motivating first-year students to focus on career planning, goal setting, and skill development. The insightful session encouraged students to prepare for future opportunities by developing the right attitude, competencies, and professional skills required for a successful career.
