Awareness Class on Election to Promote Democratic Participation

The Election Literacy Club in association with NSS Unit 48 of WIRAS (Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies) is organizing an Awareness Class on Election to educate students about the importance of elections and democratic participation.

The session will be conducted by Mr. Rajesh Payyaratta, Election BLO, UPSA GHSS Cheruthazham, who will serve as the resource person. The programme aims to enhance students’ understanding of the electoral process, voter rights, and the significance of responsible voting in a democratic society.

The awareness class is scheduled to be held on 27 March 2026 at 11:00 AM in G2 Classroom. The programme is expected to provide valuable insights and encourage students to actively participate in the democratic process.
