Allora Welcomes English Department Freshers

The Department of English, WIRAS, organized its Freshers’ Day programme “Allora” on 21 August 2026 at Room No. 12, warmly welcoming newly joined students into the department. The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Muhsina KKT, Assistant Professor, Department of English, following a welcome address by Haseena PP, Association Secretary, III Semester BA English. Riya CV and Hrudya Suresh, Assistant Professors, offered felicitations. The event featured vibrant cultural performances, interactive sessions, and fun-filled games that encouraged students to mingle with peers, seniors, and faculty members. The celebrations created a lively and friendly atmosphere, helping freshers begin their college journey with confidence and enthusiasm. Nafiya P, III Semester BA English, proposed the vote of thanks.
