BCA Induction Programme Conducted

The Department of Computer Science, WIRAS, conducted an Induction Programme for 3rd Year BCA students on 1 June 2026. The programme aimed to familiarize students with the academic structure and opportunities available under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP).  The session began with a welcome address by Mr. Ratheesh Raju, Head of the Department of Computer Science. Mrs. Bini V. (Vengayil) delivered an informative session titled “The Next Chapter Begins,” providing detailed insights into the FYUGP framework, including the credit system, multidisciplinary learning opportunities, internships, project work, and pathways for higher studies and employment. The programme enhanced students’ understanding of academic requirements and future career prospects while addressing their queries regarding curriculum and programme outcomes. The session helped students gain clarity and confidence as they entered the next phase of their academic journey.
