Debate Competition on “Business and Environment” Organized at WIRAS

The Department of Management Studies, WIRAS ( Wadhihuda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies), organized a Debate Competition on the theme “Business and Environment” as part of ENVIRAS 2025, with the tagline “Nurturing Nature, Securing Future.” The programme was held on 17 September 2025 at Azadi Circle, WIRAS. The event aimed to create awareness about the dynamic relationship between business activities and environmental sustainability. It provided a platform for students to express their perspectives, critically analyse contemporary issues, and engage in meaningful discussions on balancing economic growth with environmental protection. Participants actively took part in the debate, presenting well-structured arguments and showcasing their analytical and communication skills. The programme encouraged students to think responsibly about sustainable business practices and the role of future managers in protecting the environment. The initiative reflects the commitment of the Department of Management Studies towards fostering environmental consciousness and promoting holistic academic engagement among students.
