Energy Conservation Awareness Programme

The Department of Management Studies, WIRAS – Wadhihuda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies, organized an Energy Conservation Awareness Programme on 27 March 2026 as part of its community outreach initiative. The programme aimed to create awareness about the importance of conserving energy and promoting responsible energy usage in daily life. The session highlighted the significance of energy conservation, practical ways to reduce electricity consumption, the use of energy-efficient appliances, and the environmental impact of excessive energy use. Participants were also encouraged to adopt simple sustainable practices such as switching off unused electrical devices, using LED lighting, and following eco-friendly habits. The programme successfully enhanced awareness among participants about sustainable living and environmental responsibility, making it a meaningful initiative by the Department of Management Studies.
