English Association Inauguration

The English Association of WIRAS was inaugurated on 16 March 2026 at 10:30 AM. The programme began with a welcome address by Haseena P. P., Association Secretary, who welcomed the dignitaries and students. The Presidential Address was delivered by Fahima, HOD in-charge of the Department of English. The programme was officially inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaq P. K., Principal, who encouraged students to actively participate in the activities of the English Association and improve their communication skills. The Chief Guest, Ms. Faheema Khaleel, Master Mentor at K-DISC, handled an informative session on “Overcoming Fear of Speaking English and Building Confidence.” The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Nafiya P., Joint Secretary of the English Association. The event was successfully conducted with active participation from students under the guidance of the faculty members of the Department of English.
