Field Visit to Madayipara as Part of Induction Programme

The Department of English, WIRAS, Organized a field visit to Madayipara on 18 July 2025 as part of the Induction Programme for first-year BA English students. The visit offered students an enriching experience amidst the scenic beauty and rich biodiversity of Madayipara. A sudden spell of rain added charm to the day, making the outing even more memorable. A spontaneous rain song by a student created a joyful atmosphere, while moments of exploration, photography, and interaction strengthened bonds among the participants. The programme concluded with refreshments, marking a perfect blend of learning, enjoyment, and camaraderie beyond the classroom.
