FYUGP Orientation for First-Year BCA Students

The Department of Computer Science conducted an FYUGP Orientation session for first-year BCA students on 16 July 2025 at Room No. 17. The session was handled by Ms. Bini V, Assistant Professor. She explained the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP), including the credit system, course structure, Single and Double Major pathways, and the option to choose minors from various departments. Students were also introduced to multidisciplinary courses, assessment methods, grading system, and academic policies. The session was interactive, with students actively participating and clarifying their doubts. It concluded with a motivational note encouraging students to approach their academic journey with focus and confidence. Overall, the programme provided a clear understanding of the FYUGP structure and helped students begin their studies with clarity.
