GENZOVATE’26: Intracollegiate Management Fest Organized by Department of Management Studies

The Department of Management Studies organized the Intracollegiate Management Fest GENZOVATE’26 under its business club to promote managerial skills, leadership, creativity, and teamwork among students. The fest was inaugurated by Mr. Shijith V, Head of the Department of Management Studies, Co-operative Arts and Science College, Madayi, and presided over by Dr. Rasna TPP, Head of the Department of Management Studies. Dr. Aboo Ishaque PK, Principal, delivered the keynote address highlighting the importance of innovation and experiential learning in management education.

Felicitations were delivered by Dr. Vineeth Kumar V, Dr. Noble Jacob, and Mr. Vinayakan V. The welcome address was given by Mr. Safwan, Student Coordinator, and the vote of thanks by Ms. Hanana, Student Coordinator.

Various competitions including Best Anchor, Best Management Team, Best Manager, Treasure Hunt, E-Football, Reels Competition, Photography, Business Quiz, and Marketing Game were conducted with enthusiastic participation from students. The fest concluded with an engaging Stress Interview, testing students’ confidence and communication skills, making the event a valuable learning experience beyond the classroom.
