Lab Orientation Held for First-Year Psychology Students

The PG Department of Psychology at Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) organized a Research and Experimental Lab Orientation session titled "Psychlens: A Laboratory Insight" on 16th July 2025, exclusively for first-year students. The event took place at the Psychology Experimental Lab from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The session was led by Ijaz Ahamed Khan, Lab Assistant, Psychology, who provided students with a practical overview of the laboratory facilities, equipment, and experimental protocols. The orientation aimed to familiarize new students with the research methodologies and tools used in psychological studies, fostering a hands-on learning environment from the outset of their academic journey.

The interactive session also emphasized the role of lab work in understanding human behavior scientifically, marking a strong start to the students' academic and research pursuits at WIRAS.
