PATTUPETTI

As part of ESPERANZA: A Celebration of Hope, the PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS, organized “Pattupetti,” a creative lyrics collection activity designed to encourage emotional expression and creative engagement among participants.

The activity invited participants to express their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences through song lyrics based on a given theme. It provided a meaningful platform for self-expression, reflection, and emotional connection through music.

The programme highlighted the role of creative expression in promoting emotional awareness and mental well-being, making it an engaging and enriching initiative for the campus community.
