Psychology Department at WIRAS Hosts Peer Teaching Session on Water Conservation

As part of the ENWIRAS 2025 initiatives, the Department of Psychology at WIRAS (Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies) organized a meaningful peer teaching session titled “Flow for the Future”, focusing on the vital theme of water conservation.

The program was inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaque P. K., Principal of WIRAS, who emphasized the growing need for sustainable water practices and praised the department for empowering students through interactive, peer-led learning.

The session aimed to raise awareness about the importance of conserving water—our most precious resource—and promoted simple, actionable steps that individuals can take to safeguard the environment for future generations. Through engaging presentations and collaborative activities, students shared knowledge and practical tips to encourage sustainable water use in daily life.

The initiative reflected the department’s commitment to fostering environmental responsibility and student-centered learning, aligning with WIRAS's broader mission to integrate academic excellence with social and ecological consciousness.
