School Outreach by English Department

As part of its extension activities, the Department of English, WIRAS, conducted a School Outreach Programme at GMLP School on 8 July 2026. Student volunteers engaged children in interactive learning activities, including Counting Numbers, Count the Objects, and Colouring, making learning fun and participative. The programme enhanced the volunteers' communication, leadership, and community engagement skills while strengthening the institution's bond with the local community. Sweets and gifts were distributed to all the children, bringing the programme to a joyful conclusion.
