Voices of Vilayancode: Community Voices Through Social Media

The Department of Management Studies, WIRAS, organized "Voices of Vilayancode: Amplifying Community Concerns Through Social Media" as part of Social Media Day. Students visited different parts of Vilayancode, interacted with residents, and documented local issues through interviews and video recordings. The collected content was edited into short videos showcasing community concerns and promoting awareness through social media. The activity enhanced students' communication, teamwork, and digital media skills while strengthening community engagement and encouraging responsible use of social media for positive social change.
