Voices through Art: Musical Drama to Raise Awareness on Domestic Violence Against Women

The PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS, in association with the GVHSS Cherukunnu SPC UNIT, will be organizing a musical drama titled “Domestic Violence Against Women” on 2nd August 2025 (Saturday) at 11:30 AM at the Pazhayangadi Bus Stand.

Presented under the theme "Voices through Art", the event aims to raise public awareness about the pressing issue of domestic violence. Through the fusion of music and dramatic performance, the programme seeks to shed light on the emotional and psychological impact of abuse while advocating for a safer and more just society for women.

This initiative is part of WIRAS’s ongoing efforts to engage students in socially relevant causes and to use creative platforms for meaningful dialogue. The public is invited to witness and support this powerful performance that combines youth activism, education, and the arts.
