Winners of Calliquest ’25 Arabic Calligraphy Contest Announced at WIRAS

The Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) announced the winners of Calliquest ’25, an Arabic Calligraphy Contest organized to promote artistic talent and cultural expression among students.

Marwa Muhammed, a first-semester BCA student, secured the first prize, while Fathima Faaza Muthalib, from the third semester BCA, won the second prize. Both winners showcased exceptional creativity, precision, and mastery in Arabic script, reflecting their passion for traditional art forms.

The competition aimed to encourage students to explore the elegance of Arabic calligraphy and preserve its cultural essence in a modern academic setting.

Principal Dr. Aboo Ishaque P. K., faculty members, and the student community congratulated the winners for their outstanding performance. The event highlighted WIRAS’s commitment to nurturing creativity and fostering artistic excellence alongside academic growth.
