WIRAS Creates History: Five Students Selected for South Zone Kabaddi Championship

 Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) achieved a historic milestone in sports with an exceptional performance at the Intercollegiate Kabaddi Men Championship organized by St. Pius X College, Rajapuram. For the first time in the institution’s history, five students from WIRAS were selected to represent the Kannur University Kabaddi Team at the South Zone Inter-University Kabaddi Championship. The selected student-athletes are Nandhu T. (I Sem B.Sc. Psychology), Devaraj M. (I Sem BCA), Athul P.        (I Sem BA English), Sreejesh P. S. (I Sem BA English), and Adarsh P. T. V. (I Sem B.Com CA).

This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication of the players and the sustained efforts of the Department of Physical Education in promoting sporting excellence at WIRAS.
