WIRAS Inaugurates Scholarship Cell with Orientation Programme

The Scholarship Cell of Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS), in collaboration with the Department of Student Affairs, was formally inaugurated on 19th September 2025 at the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Seminar Hall.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaque, Principal of WIRAS, who highlighted the institution’s commitment to supporting students in accessing financial aid and academic opportunities. The event was graced by Mr. Jose R., Institutional Nodal Officer, St. Joseph College, Pilathara, who served as the Chief Guest.

Following the inauguration, an Orientation Session was held for first-year students to provide guidance on the scholarship application process, eligibility, and the various avenues available to them.

The establishment of the Scholarship Cell marks a significant step by WIRAS in ensuring that deserving students receive the necessary support to pursue their education without financial barriers.
