WIRAS Shines at Kannur University Intercollegiate Taekwondo Championship

Wadihuda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies (WIRAS) achieved a commendable milestone at the Kannur University Intercollegiate Taekwondo Championship, securing the Overall 4th Position in the Men’s Category. The college earned this recognition by winning one Gold medal and two Bronze medals, reflecting the dedication and competitive spirit of its athletes.

 Rizwan Hashim won the Gold Medal in the +87 kg category, while Aijas secured the Bronze Medal in the Under 54 kg category, and Aadith Chandran achieved the Bronze Medal in the 58 kg category. 

This achievement marks a proud moment for WIRAS College, highlighting the institution’s growing excellence in sports alongside academics.
