WIRAS Students Win KIRTADS Quiz Competition
Students of the Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) brought laurels to the institution by winning the Quiz Competition organized by the Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.
The winning team comprised Nahla Moideen and Ajna Parveen U. K. P., both first-semester Psychology students of WIRAS. They were guided by their mentor, Mr. Anand Prabhakar, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry.
The competition aimed to promote awareness about tribal culture, history, and social development initiatives. The WIRAS team showcased exceptional knowledge and teamwork, earning appreciation from the judges and organizers.
Principal Dr. Aboo Ishaque P. K. and the college faculty congratulated the winners and mentor for their outstanding achievement, commending their enthusiasm and academic excellence. The victory highlights WIRAS’s commitment to nurturing talent and encouraging students to participate actively in academic and co-curricular events at the state level.
