WIRAS to host Inter-Collegiate Flash Mob Competition

A district-level Flash Mob competition will be held at Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) on September 26, 2025, at 10 am. The event is being organized under the joint auspices of the Kerala Sasthra Sahithya Parishad’s Vimukthi Mission, Kannur University NSS Cell, and the Excise Department, as part of the anti-narcotic awareness campaign.

The programme will be inaugurated by Dr. Sujith K.V., Director of Student Services, Kannur University at the Amphitheatre of WIRAS. NSS volunteers from colleges across the district will come together to present flash mobs focusing on spreading awareness against substance abuse.

The organizers informed that the initiative aims to creatively engage the student community in spreading the message of a drug-free society through art and performance.
