NSS Organizes Interactive Leadership Session

NSS Unit 48 of WIRAS organized “Leaders’ Talk,” an interactive leadership development programme for student secretaries, on 9 September 2026 at the B. R. Ambedkar Seminar Hall. Unit Secretaries, Batch Secretaries, Class Secretaries and Secretaries of various committees participated in the programme, which provided a platform to discuss leadership experiences, responsibilities and challenges. Rajeesh V V, Programme Officer, NSS Unit 48, welcomed the gathering and introduced the purpose of the interaction. Arjun Manikandan, former Secretary of NSS Unit 10, Payyannur College, served as the resource person. He engaged with the participants on volunteer management, programme planning, teamwork, communication and developing partnerships with organizations and institutions. The session also explored the responsibilities and nuances of serving as an NSS secretary. Participants were encouraged to view leadership as an opportunity for learning and service. Ajna Parveen U K P, Suhan Haneef T, and Nandana C shared their feedback and reflections at the conclusion.
