WIRAS Celebrates Independence Day with Patriotism

The Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and colourful programmes at the WIRAS campus. Dr. Aboo Ishaque P. K., Principal, hoisted the national flag, followed by the National Anthem. The formal function was presided over by Mr. Rajeesh V. V., NSS Programme Officer, with a welcome address by Mariyambi T., Student Coordinator. Mr. Salman Faris, Chief Administrative Officer and Student Services Dean, Dr. Jeena T. C., HoD, Physical Education, Mrs. Fathima Siham, Assistant Professor, Management Studies, and Ms. Neethu A. J., Assistant Professor, Psychology, offered felicitations. Ms. Ajna Parveen U. K. P., Ms. Hamda, and Ms. Salmabee shared their Independence Day experiences. Muhammed Ashraf K. M., Student Coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks. The celebrations concluded with payasam served to students.
