WIRAS Leaders Academy Inaugurated

The Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) launched its WIRAS Leaders Academy with an inaugural session held on 5 September 2026 at the Seminar Hall, WIRAS.

The Leaders Academy is a student-centred initiative designed to nurture leadership potential, develop essential life and professional skills, and provide students with meaningful opportunities for personal and holistic growth. The inaugural session introduced students to the vision, objectives, activities and future plans of the Academy.
The session highlighted the importance of developing confident, responsible and purpose-driven young leaders. Students were introduced to the Academy’s leadership opportunities and its distinctive “Walk with Leaders” initiative, which aims to provide students with opportunities to learn through interaction and engagement with accomplished leaders and professionals.

The programme also encouraged students to actively participate in the Academy and make use of the learning experiences and opportunities it offers. The session marked the beginning of a purposeful journey centred on leadership, learning and lifelong impact.
