WIRAS Marks Independence Day With Patriotic Spirit

WIRAS celebrated Independence Day on 15 August 2025 with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm at the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Seminar Hall, WIRAS Campus. NSS volunteers and potential volunteers from the first year actively participated in the programme along with students from all batches.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag by Principal Aboo Ishaque P. K., who also inaugurated the formal function. In his address, he highlighted the importance of unity, responsibility, and national service among youth. Heads of Departments and faculty members attended the programme, adding significance to the occasion.

The event reflected the patriotic values and collective spirit of the WIRAS community in honouring the nation’s Independence Day.
