BEAT THE BLUES & PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY

As part of ESPERANZA: A Celebration of Hope, the PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS, organised “Beat the Blues,” a musical programme highlighting the universal power of music as a medium of emotional expression and human connection.

The programme also featured a prize distribution ceremony to recognise and celebrate the achievements of participants who excelled in various activities conducted as part of ESPERANZA. The event celebrated creativity, talent, and the spirit of participation while reinforcing the importance of mental well-being through music and meaningful engagement.
