The programme began with anchoring by Abhirami, who warmly welcomed everyone to the event. This was followed by the welcome speech delivered by Ms. Fatimath Sanaa, who officially welcomed the resource person, faculty members, and all the new students.

Raniya from 5th semester then gave a brief introduction of the resource person, Mr. Muhammed Shafeeq M, Director & Clinical Psychologist at Mindplus Psychological Services.

The highlight of the day was the engaging and insightful talk by Mr. Muhammed Shafeeq M, which offered fresh perspectives and practical insights to the students. After the session, a feedback segment was held where students shared their reflections and responses.

Finally, the programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Fathima Hamza, association secretary, expressing gratitude to the resource person and all participants.
