Faculty Development Programme (FDP): TeachBeyond: Phase 2

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of WIRAS successfully conducted the second phase of its Faculty Development Programme titled "TeachBeyond – Phase 2". The session focused on the academic reforms introduced under Kannur University's Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) framework.

Ms. Bini V, FYUGP Coordinator at WIRAS, served as the resource person and provided an insightful overview of the FYUGP structure, the New Accelerated Degree Programme, the Major/Minor system, and procedures for college/university transfers.

The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Akhil R, IQAC Coordinator, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vineeth Kumar V, Research Director and IQAC Member.

The session enabled faculty members to deepen their understanding of the evolving academic structure and pedagogical flexibility, reinforcing WIRAS’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.
